Do you work on land deals?
Yes. We support land flipping: finding parcels, tracing owners, checking zoning and taxes, pulling land comps and tracking sellers in one pipeline.
Do you give trading signals?
No. Our trading work is education and tooling. We teach how the market works and build bots and alerts that run your own rules. We do not manage funds or promise returns.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We only use the access you give us, and we sign an NDA if you ask. For trading bots, your exchange keys stay yours, with trade-only permissions and withdrawals off.
What if my task is not on the list?
Send it anyway. The research desk takes on problems that do not fit a category, and we tell you quickly if it is not a fit.
